• Experience in luxury private households or multi-property estates.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in dynamic environments.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Willingness to travel and work irregular hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including maintenance, F&B, housekeeping at the highest level.
• Develop and optimise property management systems, calendars, travel and events.
• Coordinate with external contractors and service professionals from start to finish on projects.
• Provide hands-on operational support including occasional travel and 24/7 availability.
