Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in banking relationship management.

• Proven people management experience; deep understanding of banking products and financial markets.

Responsibilities

• Drive acquisition and net growth of the Elite customer base.
• Grow the liabilities book with emphasis on CASA and balance sustainability.
• Expand assets under management.
• Lead, coach, and develop RMs and ARMs to achieve high performance.
• Set objectives and KPIs aligned with business priorities.
• Conduct regular performance and portfolio reviews.
• Ensure delivery of Elite Banking service standards.
• Ensure full compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements.
