Qualifications

• Experience in Retail Banking, Priority Banking, Wealth Management Support or Customer Service within a banking environment.
• Strong CRM and relationship management skills with affluent clients.
• Experience handling customer portfolios and service requests.
• Ability to support Relationship Managers and act as contact for servicing needs.
• Knowledge of banking products and cross-selling opportunities.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail for regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support the RAK Elite team to deliver exceptional service to affluent clients.
• Assist with onboarding and resolving day-to-day banking requests.
• Engage with Relationship Managers to deepen client engagement and product penetration.
• Promote digital banking adoption and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain client engagement records and service metrics.
