Job summary

Commercial Bank International seeks an experienced professional for Retail & Priority Banking to build and manage a high value client portfolio in Dubai. You will deepen relationships, cross-sell products, conduct financial analyses, and drive revenue growth while ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.

The role requires at least 5 years in relationship management within retail banking, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a track record of achieving sales targets in the UAE

• Solid understanding of the UAE market and customer demographics.

Responsibilities

• Build, grow and manage the segment portfolio; enhance CBI First sales and cross-sell bank products.
• Conduct financial need analyses (Client Profiling) and portfolio reviews.
• Achieve revenue goals and portfolio growth across products (Investments, Deposits, Mortgages, Cards, Bancassurance).
• Provide OneStop banking service and resolve client queries.
• Ensure adherence to compliance and due diligence across processes.
