Job summary

ATP STEM Education and Training Services in Dubai seeks an enthusiastic Admissions Counselor to engage with prospective students and parents, conduct outbound and inbound calls, face-to-face counselling, and convert leads into confirmed enrollments.

You will follow up with leads, schedule counselling sessions, close admissions targets, and maintain detailed CRM records. The role requires strong English communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to work in shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales/admissions closing experience (freshers considered).
• Proven experience in sales, telesales, or direct admissions.
• Excellent verbal communication in English; other languages a plus.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students and parents through outbound/inbound calls, face-to-face counselling, and virtual/in-person meetings to convert leads into admissions.
• Make outbound calls daily to generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule counselling sessions.
• Understand student goals and preferences to recommend suitable courses and batches.
• Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails until enrolment.
• Close sales and achieve monthly admission targets through effective communication.
• Maintain detailed CRM records of interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Collaborate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of enrolled students.
• Participate in periodic training and performance reviews to improve sales effectiveness.
