Job summary

ATP STEM Education and Training Services is seeking a proactive Admissions Sales Executive to engage with prospective students and parents, conduct outbound calls, and deliver counselling sessions to convert leads into confirmed admissions. You will follow up via calls, WhatsApp, and emails, qualify prospects, and schedule sessions while maintaining detailed CRM records.

You may work weekends or shifts as required to meet monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of sales/admissions closing experience.
• Strong verbal communication in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and conduct counselling sessions to convert leads.
• Qualify prospects, schedule sessions and close admissions.
• Maintain CRM records of interactions and conversions.
• Collaborate with academic and operations teams to onboard students.
• Participate in training and performance reviews.
