Job summary

Peergrowth Consultancy Co. is seeking an Admissions/Enrollment Officer in Dubai to manage the full admissions journey, from first enquiry to final submission.

The role emphasizes counselling, active follow-up, and conversion of qualified leads into applications within a fast-paced UAE university setting. You will work closely with the Director of Marketing and Student Affairs, supporting outreach events and recruitment activities while maintaining CRM records and delivering clear applicant

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on admissions or student recruitment experience in a UAE university or higher education institution.
• Strong sales and conversion skills to turn enquiries into applications.
• Experience managing the full admissions process from enquiry to submission.
• Knowledge of UAE higher education admissions processes and requirements.
• Understanding of different school curriculums within UAE context.
• Experience with students, parents, education agents, and school counsellors.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, objection handling, and follow-up skills.
• Experience using CRM systems, lead trackers, or student information systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage prospective student enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, forms, CRM, and walk-ins.
• Guide applicants on programs, eligibility, requirements, steps, deadlines, and documents.
• Oversee the admissions journey from enquiry to submission with follow-ups and document collection.
• Convert leads into applications through counselling and clear communication.
• Maintain accurate lead records and application statuses in CRM.
