Job summary

ATP Stem Education And Training Services in UAE seeks a results-driven admissions sales specialist. You will engage with prospective students and parents, conduct counselling sessions, and convert leads into enrolled students through outbound/inbound calls, face-to-face meetings, and virtual sessions.

Responsibilities include daily outbound calling, needs assessment, course recommendations, timely follow-ups via WhatsApp and email, and maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year sales/admissions closing experience; exceptional freshers may be considered.
• Excellent verbal English; additional languages a plus.
• Experience in EdTech or education sector preferred.
• Willingness to work in shifts or weekends if required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students and parents via calls, counselling sessions, and meetings to convert leads into admissions.
• Make outbound calls daily to generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule counselling sessions.
• Understand student goals to recommend suitable courses and batches.
• Follow up with interested leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails until enrolment.
• Close sales and achieve monthly admission targets through effective communication.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with academic and operations teams to ensure onboarding for enrolled students.
• Participate in training and performance reviews to enhance sales effectiveness.
• Proven experience in sales, telesales, or direct admissions in EdTech or education sector preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage).
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work in shifts or weekends, if required.
