Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Coordinate with engineers, designers, clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met.
Oversee the installation of marine barriers, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
Handle projects and paperwork from start to finish, focusing on project closing documents and invoicing.
Document project-related paperwork, including Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and Progress Reports.
Site Management:
Manage daily operations on-site, including labor, equipment, and materials.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Address and resolve issues or delays during the project.
Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team, including subcontractors and site personnel.
Conduct regular meetings to communicate project goals, timelines, and updates.
Ensure all team members understand their responsibilities and are equipped to perform their tasks.
Safety & Compliance:
Implement and enforce strict safety protocols to protect the workforce and environment.
Ensure all work complies with company policies, industry standards, and coastguard requirements.
Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments, developing contingency plans as needed.
Investigate and report any incidents or accidents.
