• Lead the learning and development function for ecommerce fulfillment and last mile delivery operations.
• Design structured role specific learning paths for pickers, drivers, and supervisors.
• Develop and deliver onboarding programs through classroom and digital platforms.
• Ensure proficiency in Wings last mile and Alecto fulfillment systems.
• Monitor training effectiveness through KPIs including completion rates, assessment scores, and time to proficiency.
