Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Manager - Operations to lead the day-to-day E-Commerce Operations across the UAE, including fulfillment centers, last mile coordination and stock management. You will drive efficiency, ensure on-time deliveries, and work with cross-functional teams to meet budgeted P&L targets.

The role requires 5–8 years in logistics, a bachelor's degree in E-commerce or business administration, and experience in e-commerce fulfillment with a retail background considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in E- Commerce or Business Administration.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in logistics and supply chain.
• E-commerce fulfillment and last mile experience.
• Retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of the company’s E-Commerce Operations.
• Monitor picking rates, marshalling and dispatch activities.
• Coordinate with Last Mile and store teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Liaise with HO E-merchandise, IT and services teams to align actions.
• Ensure P&L alignment with the budget and implement control measures.
• Oversee budget allocation and performance management processes.
• Ensure QC audit accuracy and stock adequacy in dark stores.
