Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in E‑Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience in e‑commerce fulfilment or last‑mile operations is an advantage.
• Practical knowledge of picking, marshalling, packing, dispatch, and order handover processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily e‑commerce fulfilment activities, including picking, marshalling, packing, staging, and delivery handover.
• Lead fulfilment team members and assign operational tasks according to order volumes and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate completed orders with the last‑mile supervisor to ensure smooth and timely dispatch.
• Check product freshness, quality, quantity, and order accuracy before handover.
• Maintain an organized dark store and ensure stock is positioned correctly for efficient order preparation.
• Monitor stock availability and report shortages, substitutions, or fulfilment risks to the relevant commercial teams.
• Work closely with store operations, inventory, commercial, customer service, and IT teams.
• Investigate and resolve logistics, system, order processing, and workflow problems.
• Ensure customer orders are packed securely inside delivery crates to minimize damage during transportation.
• Track order preparation times and take corrective action when fulfilment targets are at risk.
• Support the in‑store customer service function for online order enquiries and fulfilment‑related concerns.
• Maintain compliance with food handling, hygiene, safety, and operational procedures.
• Review team productivity and identify opportunities to improve picking speed, order accuracy, and handover efficiency.
• Escalate system failures, stock discrepancies, delayed orders, and recurring operational issues.
• Guide team members on fulfilment procedures, customer service expectations, and quality standards.
