Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim Retail is looking for an Operations Administrator to support daily e-commerce fulfillment activities in the UAE. The role will coordinate shift tasks, plan picking trips, monitor order progress, and assist in the timely dispatch of customer orders.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce or fulfillment, 1 year in retail, and strong MS Excel and communication skills to coordinate with teams and delivery partners.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce or fulfillment operations.
• At least 1 year of experience in the retail sector.
• Good knowledge of operational processes and order management.
• Proficient in MS Excel and computer applications.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• English proficiency required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Create and coordinate operational tasks for assigned shifts.
• Plan picking trips according to customer delivery slots and operational priorities.
• Monitor order progress from picking through loading and dispatch.
• Print invoices and ensure the required documents are attached to orders before dispatch.
• Coordinate with picking teams to resolve operational challenges and order-related issues.
• Check out-of-stock items and support escalation or resolution.
• Monitor picking accuracy and help correct errors promptly.
• Report operational, productivity, and order-related information to Shift Supervisors and Operations Managers.
• Monitor damages, stock shortages, and other exceptions and elevate them through the appropriate channels.
• Ensure PDAs, tools, and other resources are available and ready before the shift begins.
• Coordinate with last-mile delivery partners to support timely order dispatch.
• Follow company procedures, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance fulfillment efficiency and customer service.
