Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in Learning and Development or Training Operations within retail or high volume environments.
• At least 2 years experience managing direct reports.
• Proven track record of coordinating between Subject Matter Experts and Operations teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to align learning initiatives with business strategy and performance outcomes.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of leadership development tracks across UAE retail units.
• Ensure consistent and high quality delivery of learning programs.
• Conduct annual Training Needs Analysis to identify capability gaps.
• Partner with Store Managers to identify high potential talent.
• Extend learning initiatives to Head Office addressing behavioral capability gaps.
• Act as liaison with Global Solutions teams for Power Skills workshops.
• Build relationships with Regional Directors to drive engagement.
• Lead and mentor Associate Manager Learning and Development.
