Responsabilidades

• Coordinate handover of completed orders to last-mile delivery teams.
• Monitor stock availability and ensure accuracy and freshness where applicable.
• Supervise cross-functional coordination with store teams and IT.
• Maintain compliance with cold-chain handling and quality standards.
