Job summary

Pattern is expanding its MENA team and seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager in Dubai to drive growth on marketplaces across the region. You will own a portfolio of global brands, optimizing performance, content, and advertising while coordinating with Operations, Content, Advertising, and Finance to scale the business.

Key requirements include 2–5 years in ecommerce, success managing 3P marketplaces (Amazon, Noon), and a strong analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven success in managing an ecommerce business.
• 2–5 years of ecommerce experience.
• Experience growing 3P business on Marketplaces (Amazon and Noon).
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized and adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth on marketplaces across MENA through data-driven strategies.
• Define strategy and joint business plans with brands for sales and marketing.
• Represent brands with excellent product content and advertising campaigns.
• Analyze performance using multiple data sources to optimize results.
• Manage inventory with merchandisers to maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Build relationships with client partners and provide project status updates.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement and automation of processes.
