Job summary

Melodica in Dubai seeks an ecommerce leader to grow its online channel for musical instruments, books and related products. You will own day-to-day trading, optimize the customer journey, manage product content and coordinate fulfilment with operations and retail teams.

You will develop marketplace channels, monitor revenue and margins, collaborate with Marketing to drive qualified traffic and ensure a smooth checkout experience across platforms. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Experience managing ecommerce end-to-end across platforms, marketplaces and fulfilment.
• Proven ability to improve existing online operations and deliver measurable revenue growth.
• Experience in consumer electronics, musical instruments or comparable categories.
• Strong ecommerce analytics and collaboration with technical/operational partners.

Responsibilities

• Review platform, customer journey and performance; prioritise improvements with stakeholders.
• Manage online assortment, listings, content quality, navigation, availability and promotions.
• Own online trading performance: revenue, conversion, AOV and margin with costs.
• Develop marketplace channels; manage listings, pricing and profitability.
• Coordinate with Marketing to improve traffic, campaign effectiveness and repeat purchases.
• Coordinate stock accuracy, order processing, delivery, returns and customer support with retail, warehouse and service teams.
• Brief and manage platform enhancements with IT or external providers; test changes affecting checkout/trust.
• Build operating processes and reporting; assess new channels or geographies for profitability.
