Job summary

Landmark Group is seeking an Executive - E-Commerce to lead operations across major UAE marketplaces. The role focuses on listing accuracy, pricing, and timely promotions, coordinating with warehouse, marketing and finance to ensure smooth cross-functional flows.

The ideal candidate will manage daily reports, stock updates, and performance metrics while driving campaigns with NAMSHI, Noon, Trendyol, and other platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces.
• Good understanding of product listing and catalog management.
• Knowledge of inventory management and pricing strategies.
• Experience with bulk listing and bulk price uploads.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across multiple e-commerce marketplaces (Namshi, Noon, Trendyol, etc).
• Upload and maintain product pricing, promotional offers, and discounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, marketing, finance) to ensure seamless operations.
• Upload daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Monitor inventory availability and coordinate stock updates to minimize cancellations and stock-outs.
• Ensure product information and pricing are accurate across all marketplaces.
• Track order processing and coordinate with fulfilment teams for timely dispatch.
• Monitor marketplace performance metrics, including sales, cancellations, returns, and customer ratings.
• Coordinate with marketplace account managers for operational issues, campaigns, and promotions.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns and marketplace events.
• Resolve listing errors, pricing discrepancies, and catalog issues.
• Prepare regular MIS reports and performance dashboards.
