Job summary

HTrust Consulting seeks a commercially driven E-commerce Manager in Dubai to lead and grow the online business across direct-to-consumer sites and marketplaces, including Amazon Noon. You will own day-to-day performance and drive online revenue while optimizing the customer journey and product pages.

The role requires 5 years of e-commerce experience, hands-on work with Noon or similar marketplaces, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing, E-commerce or related field.
• 5 years of experience in e-commerce, ideally consumer products or retail.
• Proven experience managing a brand or a retailer's own e-commerce site.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Noon or comparable marketplaces.
• Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of online merchandising and e-commerce trading.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset with knowledge of CAC, ROAS, margin.
• Experience managing performance-marketing agencies or specialists preferred.
• Understanding of inventory forecasting and stock availability.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis skills.
• Excellent organizational and cross-functional management skills.
• High level of ownership, initiative and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day commercial performance of the company’s e-commerce website and marketplaces.
• Drive online revenue growth across DTC and marketplace channels.
• Monitor sales, traffic, conversion, AOV, and customer behaviour.
• Identify opportunities to improve online journey, product pages, navigation, mobile experience and checkout.
• Own online merchandising, promotions, bundles, cross-sells and upsells.
• Manage marketplace assortment, pricing, promotions, stock availability and performance.
• Monitor best-selling, underperforming and high-potential products.
• Work with Product & Category teams to identify online-potential products and categories.
• Improve repeat purchases, abandoned-cart recovery, CRM and customer-retention activities.
• Maintain accurate e-commerce reports, trackers and dashboards.
