Position Overview : We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our HR team.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about finding top talent, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and driving the company's success.

Responsibilities : Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract qualified candidates.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.

Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including scheduling interviews, preparing interviewers, and gathering feedback.

Conduct reference checks and negotiate job offers.

Collaborate with HR team members to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal requirements.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in luxury industry.
