Job Summary

The Product Lead is responsible for owning and driving the performance of the e-commerce platform with a clear focus on onsite sales conversion, revenue growth and customer experience. The role leads product planning and execution across the full product lifecycle including gathering and prioritising business and product requirements, defining the product vision, and translating commercial objectives into scalable digital solutions. Working closely with retail, marketing, IT, imports, Logistics, and external partners. The Product Lead ensures the website delivers against revenue targets, trading KPIs and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and own the e-commerce product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Own and drive conversion rate optimisation across the app and website through continuous testing, analysis and optimisation of user journeys, page performance, merchandising, and checkout flows.
  • Monitor and drive product development to ensure delivery of defined features and enhancements according to agreed specifications, timelines, and cost.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives through regular stakeholder reviews for enhancement planning and prioritisation sessions.
  • Prioritise enhancements based on commercial impact, CRO insights, customer behaviour, and cost while actively managing budgets.
  • Develop and communicate clear product and delivery plans, maintaining ongoing alignment with stakeholders against agreed objectives.
  • Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones and required activities including new launches and major enhancements ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
  • Manage and prioritise the product backlog ensuring clear user stories, acceptance criteria and sprint readiness.
Job specifications
  • Product or project management certifications are considered an advantage.
  • Arabic language is an advantage but not a mandatory requirement.
  • Proven experience of 5+ years in managing end-to-end product lifecycle.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
  • Agile certified is preferred.
