Job summary

IFFCO is looking for a Junior Manager Key Account Ecommerce in Dubai to drive ecommerce sales and support digital transformation. You will develop sustainable growth and lead strategy across multiple ecommerce sub-channels to improve product availability, execution quality, and ROI.

You will monitor day-to-day operations, manage relationships with ecommerce suppliers, and contribute to profit optimization through trade spend and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business management.
• Total work experience of 2-4 years in FMCG or Ecommerce/Digital industry.
• Experience in Key Account management, ideally Ecommerce and/or from Ecommerce/Digital.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design of IFFCO group Ecommerce strategy across sub-channels (Grocery Market Place, Bricks and Clicks, Generalist Pure Player, Food Pure Players).
• Assist in forecasting accuracy and yearly financial/volume planning.
• Execute the strategy across sub-channels by managing relationships with key e-retailers, focusing on product availability and ROI.
