Job summary

IFFCO in Abu Dhabi seeks a strategic E-commerce leader to steer online channels including brand.com, Bricks & Clicks, Pure Play, and marketplaces. You will own strategy, P&L, and performance across all online touchpoints, delivering growth in sales, traffic and conversion while preserving brand integrity.

Responsibilities include driving digital marketing initiatives, optimizing customer experience, and delivering timely reports.

Qualifications

• Proven e-commerce experience within the CPG/FMCG sector.
• At least 5 years of online sales and digital advertising experience.
• Experience building an ecommerce operation from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategy for the E-commerce business to achieve online sales and profit objectives.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience on brand sites and introduce innovations.
• Drive customer reach, traffic, sales, conversion, and AOV via Search, Email, Affiliate, Social.
• Align with Brand Marketing strategy and activation plans across online partners.
• Create and circulate weekly, monthly, quarterly performance reports.
• Monitor competitor activity and share insights.
• Execute marketing and promotional calendars across online partners.
