Job summary

Indian Farmers Fertiliser Coop Ltd. seeks an experienced E-commerce strategist to lead the group’s online sales across Grocery Market Place, Bricks and Clicks, and other Pure Players in the UAE.

You will steer forecasting, planning and execution to optimize product availability, drive digital shelf performance and ROI. The role requires 3+ years in UAE e-commerce sales or key account management, with direct experience on Amazon/Noon and a background in FMCG, preferably in food.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of e-commerce sales or key account management in UAE market.
• Proven experience managing accounts on Amazon and/or Noon.
• Experience in FMCG, preferably in food category.
• Ability to work with different eComm partner business models.

Responsibilities

• Design IFFCO group Ecommerce strategy across sub-channels (Grocery Market Place, Bricks and Clicks, Generalist Pure Player, Food Pure Players).
• Lead forecast accuracy and participate in yearly financial and volume planning.
• Execute strategy across sub-channels; manage relationships with e-retailers to ensure product availability, execution quality, and data analytics on performance.
• Develop Joint Business Plans with Ecommerce Pure Players and contribute to plans for Grocery Market Place and Bricks and Clicks.
• Monitor day-to-day activities (orders, payments, reconciliation, fulfillment metrics) and drive ROI through trade spend and marketing analysis.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and Finance to drive innovation and efficiency across touchpoints.
• Report to management on business achievement and ecommerce sales fundamentals KPI; manage relationships with ecommerce suppliers and agencies.
