Job summary

IFFCO Group in the United Arab Emirates seeks a senior leader responsible for the strategic direction, day-to-day trading, and sales and profit performance of the online business, including brand.com, Bricks & Clicks, Pure Play, marketplace and aggregators.

You will define and drive the e‑commerce strategy to hit online sales and profit objectives, deliver best‑in‑class customer experience, and lead digital and social marketing initiatives across online partners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within e-commerce in the CPG/FMCG industry.
• At least 5 years of working experience with online sales and digital advertising.
• Proven experience within an ecommerce role, ideally built from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategy for the E-commerce business to achieve online sales and profit objectives.
• Deliver best in class customer experience on brand sites and drive innovation.
• Define and drive customer strategy to increase reach, traffic, sales, conversion, AOV including Search, Email, Affiliate, Social.
• Align with global brand vision whilst developing locally relevant programs to accelerate online partners.
• Align with Brand Marketing strategy and activation plans, Digital and Social Marketing.
• Full responsibility for online sales and full P&L targets across all online channels.
• Create, maintain and circulate weekly, monthly, quarterly reports on site/channel performance.
• Monitor and share insights on competitor set.
• Execute the marketing and promotional calendar across online business partners.
