Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or closely related field.
• Up to 5 years' working experience.
• Passion for analytics with proven experience.
• Knowledge of the health insurance industry is preferable.
• Pursuit of professional qualifications or continued development viewed favorably.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, price and build insurance plans for SME and Large corporations in line with strategy.
• In-depth analysis and pricing of renewal portfolio with sales reps, brokers and clients.
• Manage portfolio balancing long-term profitability, persistency and growth.
• Conduct analytical reviews to identify trends and insights for portfolio management.
• Collaborate with sales and client management to win and retain business.
• Coordinate with operations and clinical teams to ensure appropriate product use.
• Maintain strong relationships with finance and actuarial teams for pricing models.
• Investigate non-compliance of benefit adjudication and liaise with managers.
• Provide concise, clear instructions on risk exposure.
• Be market aware of competition and customer needs.
• Provide accurate UW metrics to Underwriting Manager.
