Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or closely related field.
• Proven analytics experience and passion for data-driven underwriting.
• Knowledge of the health insurance industry is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, price and build insurance plans for SME and Large corporations in line with organizational and market strategy.
• In-depth analysis and pricing of renewal portfolio with brokers and clients to implement rating actions.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts balancing profitability, persistency and growth.
• Conduct analyses to identify trends and insights to manage portfolio effectively.
• Collaborate with sales, client management, operations, and clinical teams to win and retain business.
