Job summary

Black & Grey HR is hiring a dynamic Sales & Purchase Coordinator to support trading operations in PU chemicals and industrial raw materials in Dubai, UAE. The role requires coordinating orders, documents, and payments with international suppliers and customers, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of experience in sales/purchase coordination or international trade, with exposure to UAE markets and familiarity with shipping docs, ERP systems, and MS Excel.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in sales/purchase coordination or international trade.
• Experience in Dubai/UAE is a plus.
• Exposure to PU chemicals or similar raw materials is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchase orders with international suppliers, including pricing, quantities, delivery timelines, and payment terms.
• Prepare sales orders, contracts, proforma invoices, and other commercial documents.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Manage shipping schedules and track ETD, ETA, and container movements.
• Prepare and verify trade documents (invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, COAs, SDS/MSDS).
• Coordinate with logistics and clearing agents for shipment clearance.
• Track customer receivables and follow up on overdue payments.
• Monitor supplier invoices and payment deadlines (TT, LC).
• Maintain accurate sales, purchase, shipment, and payment records.
• Provide regular updates on pending orders, shipment status, and supplier commitments.
