Job summary

Black & Grey HR Consultancy FZE is seeking a proactive Sales & Purchase Coordinator to support trading operations in PU chemicals and industrial raw materials. You’ll coordinate purchases, create commercial documents, and liaise with international customers and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires hands-on experience with shipping, trade documentation, and payment coordination, along with strong English communication and multitasking abilities. Dubai/UAE experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination, purchase coordination, international trading, or import/export operations.
• Hands-on experience with shipping procedures and international trade documentation is essential.
• Good command of written and spoken English; Dubai/UAE experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchase orders with international suppliers, including pricing, quantities, delivery timelines, and payment terms.
• Prepare sales orders, contracts, proforma invoices, and other commercial documents.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Manage shipping schedules and track ETD, ETA, and container movements.
• Prepare and verify trade documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, COAs, and SDS/MSDS.
• Coordinate with logistics and clearing agents to ensure timely documentation and shipment clearance.
• Track customer receivables, follow up on overdue payments, and maintain updated collection reports.
• Monitor supplier invoices and payment deadlines, coordinating TT, LC, and other payment arrangements with the accounts team.
• Maintain accurate sales, purchase, shipment, and payment records.
• Provide regular updates on pending orders, shipment status, outstanding payments, and supplier commitments.
