Zusammenfassung

Black & Grey HR is seeking a proactive Sales & Purchase Coordinator to support a global trading client in PU chemicals and industrial raw materials in Dubai. The role spans sales, procurement, logistics, shipping, and accounts to ensure seamless order processing and timely payments.

You will coordinate with international suppliers and customers, manage shipping schedules, and prepare critical trade documents while maintaining strong relationships across borders. Dubai/UAE experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination, purchase coordination, international trading, or import/export operations.
• Hands-on experience with shipping procedures and international trade documentation.
• Strong understanding of commercial invoices, proforma invoices, Bills of Lading, COAs, and SDS/MSDS.
• Experience coordinating customer collections and supplier payments, including TT and LC arrangements.
• Strong communication, follow-up, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, email, and ERP or accounting systems.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Previous experience in Dubai/UAE will be an advantage.
• Exposure to PU chemicals, TDI, polyols, additives, silicone surfactants, or other industrial raw materials preferred.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate purchase orders with international suppliers, including pricing, quantities, delivery timelines, and payment terms.
• Prepare sales orders, contracts, proforma invoices, and other commercial documents.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Manage shipping schedules and track ETD, ETA, and container movements.
• Prepare and verify trade documents (invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, COAs, SDS/MSDS).
• Coordinate with logistics and clearing agents for timely documentation and shipment clearance.
• Track customer receivables and follow up on overdue payments.
• Monitor supplier invoices and payment deadlines, coordinating TT, LC, and other arrangements.
• Maintain accurate sales, purchase, shipment, and payment records.
• Provide regular updates on pending orders and shipment status.
