Job summary

Black Pearl Consult is seeking a Sales Coordinator for Oil & Gas trading in the United Arab Emirates. You will support sales, sourcing, and commercial operations, handling RFQs, costings, and supplier negotiations. The role emphasizes vendor registration and prequalification with ADNOC and major customers.

The ideal candidate holds an Engineering degree and has 3–8 years of relevant experience, with strong Excel and ERP proficiency, plus excellent English communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics or a related discipline.
• 3–8 years of experience in Oil & Gas trading, industrial equipment trading or a closely related technical-commercial environment.
• Proven experience in sales coordination, RFQ management, sourcing, costing, estimation and quotation preparation.
• Proven experience in vendor registration and prequalification, preferably with ADNOC, EPC contractors or major Oil & Gas customers.
• Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas products such as valves, piping, fittings, flanges, instrumentation, electrical equipment or rotating equipment.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review customer RFQs, technical specifications, quantities, delivery requirements and commercial conditions.
• Identify appropriate products, materials, manufacturers or suppliers to meet customer needs.
• Source oilfield and industrial products from local and international suppliers.
• Request and obtain competitive supplier quotations.
• Prepare detailed costing sheets, price comparisons and sales quotations.
• Coordinate orders through to delivery with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Support vendor registration, supplier prequalification and related documentation.
• Monitor supplier performance, pricing, lead times and product availability.
• Prepare sales reports, RFQ trackers and order-status updates.
