Caliberly in Dubai is seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead residential and investment property sales.

You will drive sales performance, build and manage a high-performing team of property consultants, and develop strategic relationships with developers and international investors.

The role requires deep knowledge of Dubai’s market, a track record in off-plan and secondary sales, and strong leadership to deliver targets.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai.
• 2-3 years in sales management or team leadership.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience in off-plan or secondary-market sales.
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate procedures and KYC/RERA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to hit revenue targets.
• Lead and coach a team of real estate consultants.
• Manage pipeline, lead generation, and deal closures.
• Build relationships with developers and investors.
• Ensure compliant transactions and reporting.
