Kingdom By MAG is seeking a Developer Sales Manager to lead a high-performing Dubai-based sales team in a dynamic real estate market. You will drive off-plan property sales, nurture key client relationships, and collaborate with management on pricing, launches, and sales plans.
With 8+ years of Dubai sales experience in real estate and a proven track record of achieving targets, you will excel at managing performance and building agency partnerships to propel growth.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of sales experience in Dubai, preferably with a real estate developer.
- 4+ years of experience managing a sales team.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, especially off-plan and developer sales.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing performance.
- Strong relationships with agencies, brokers and key clients in Dubai.
- Experience developing and implementing sales strategies to boost sales and revenue.
- Excellent leadership and people-management skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a high-performing sales team to meet or exceed targets.
- Collaborate with management on pricing, promotions, launches and sales plans.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for off-plan properties.
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, agencies, and key clients in Dubai.
- Monitor, report on, and improve sales performance and activities.
