Driven Properties in Dubai is seeking a proactive Team Leader to manage and mentor a team of real estate agents to meet targets. You will coach, monitor performance, and foster a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration.

You’ll report to the Sales Manager, mentor 4–15 Property Consultants, and guide prospecting, listings, viewings, negotiations and KPIs. A hands-on approach with CRM systems and data will help you lead by example and drive results.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in real estate or sales teams.
• Strong coaching and performance management.
• Ability to analyze data and drive results.
• CRM proficiency and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to their assigned Sales Manager.
• Manage and mentor approximately 4–15 Property Consultants.
• Specialize in communities and areas designated by their Sales Manager.
• Support their team with prospecting, listings, viewings, negotiations, and overall performance.
• Coach and develop their agents while maintaining accountability and consistency.
• The role requires being hands-on with CRM systems and using data to guide the team towards success.
• Continue leading by example through their own personal sales performance.
