Job summary

CitiHome is seeking a hands‑on Business Development Executive to win property management contracts and build a productive network of Dubai-based agency and broker partners. You will own the commercial cycle from first contact to signed management agreement for both short‑term and long‑term portfolios.

You’ll run owner meetings and negotiations, recruit and train partners, keep CRM records and report weekly progress to the CitiHome GM and ArabLand PM Manager; a UAE driving licence and own car are

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Direct experience working with Dubai property owners and real estate professionals.
• Proven track record of winning property management business.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritise target property owners and agencies and generate opportunities.
• Follow up on inbound marketing enquiries.
• Qualify decision-makers and owner expectations.
• Present CitiHome’s management offerings with clear fees and income estimates.
• Lead owner meetings and negotiations through to signed agreements.
• Recruit, onboard and train agency and broker partners.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and weekly pipeline reports.
