Homes4Life Real Estate is seeking a client-focused broker to serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met promptly while fostering lasting relationships.

You will build and manage investor relationships, present and sell off-plan or ready properties, and conduct consultations both virtually and in-person, including sessions abroad. Remain updated on Dubai market trends and ROI data to guide clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate.
• Multilingual is a big plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring their needs are understood and met promptly fostering a strong and lasting relationship.
• Build and manage relationships with investors. Present and sell off-plan or ready properties.
• Conduct client consultations virtual and in-person including investor sessions abroad.
• Convert leads generated through digital channels referrals and networking into closed deals.
• Provide end-to-end client support - from first inquiry through to handover.
• Stay current on Dubai real estate market trends ROI data and developer offerings.
