Job summary

Meraki Developers in Dubai seeks a seasoned Business Development Manager to expand and manage its real estate broker network, driving indirect sales and partner education across markets. You will onboard new partners, organize meetings, events, roadshows and trainings, monitor performance, and coordinate with marketing, CRM and finance to ensure timely updates, payouts, and accurate reporting.

UAE experience preferred, with a strong Dubai broker network and excellent negotiation, presentation,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years of experience in real estate sales or business development (UAE preferred).
Strong network within the Dubai broker community.

Responsibilities

Expand broker network by onboarding new partners in key markets.
Activate and engage brokers through meetings, events, roadshows, and training sessions.
Monitor performance with dashboards and incentive programs.
Liaise between brokers and internal sales/marketing for updates on inventory, pricing, offers.
Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and finance for payouts and reporting.
Promote use of broker portals, CRM, and digital tools for deals and lead tracking.
Ensure broker registrations, NDAs, and agreements are current and documented.
