Job summary

Bayut & dubizzle in the UAE is seeking a Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, drive revenue growth and help the brand scale across all emirates.

You will build relationships with property clients, onboard real estate accounts, train users on tools, monitor health metrics, and work with Sales Support to close contracts while staying updated on regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid UAE driving license required.
• 1.5–2 years of experience.
• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with goal-focused mindset.
• Willingness to learn new products.

Responsibilities

• Identify new clients through effective networking and market research.
• Sign up new and older real estate accounts to Bayut & dubizzle corporate plans.
• Ensure documentation is complete and accurate at signing.
• Collaborate with Sales Support to onboard clients efficiently.
• Train clients on tools and ensure participation in onboarding programs.
• Monitor client health and metrics to meet quality expectations.
• Communicate to manage client expectations and deliver great service.
• Meet or exceed performance targets set by management.
• Stay up to date with property laws and local developments.
• Regularly update reporting dashboards tracking sales activities.
