IPR Holiday Homes Rental LLC in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a Business Development Manager for a full‑time, on‑site role. You will identify and acquire property owners and investors, build a strong sales pipeline, and drive revenue growth for our turnkey holiday home solutions.

You will network with real estate stakeholders, conduct client meetings and property consultations, present turnkey offerings, and prepare proposals and contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Hospitality or related field.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals in real estate or hospitality.
• Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting to manage pipelines.

Responsabilités

• Identify and acquire new property owners and investors to grow the sales pipeline.
• Present turnkey holiday home solutions and prepare proposals and contracts.
• Coordinate with operations and interior design teams for smooth onboarding.
• Set sales targets, track performance metrics, and report forecasts to leadership.
