Job summary

Mitrade is seeking a Dubai Business Development Manager to grow our partner network across Dubai and the UAE. This 12-month contract role focuses on identifying, onboarding, and managing KOLs, affiliates, and IBs to drive user acquisition and trading activation in the UAE and MENA region.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in trading-platform partnerships, a strong network in Dubai/UAE, and a proven ability to negotiate deals, monitor performance, and ensure compliant, high‑quality growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
3+ years in business development, affiliate/IB management, or partnerships in trading platforms.
Proven track record sourcing and managing KOLs/affiliates/IBs with measurable results.
Deep knowledge of Dubai/UAE/MENA trading market and local channels.
Fluent in English; Arabic a plus; based in or willing to relocate to Dubai.

Responsibilities

Own the full partner lifecycle in Dubai/UAE; prospect, onboard, activate, and retain high-quality KOLs, affiliates, IBs, and trading communities.
Drive user acquisition, deposit conversion, and trading activation through localized partner strategies and campaigns.
Negotiate partner deals and track performance (deposit volume, qualified traders, trading activity, commission, ROI, retention).
Monitor partner activities for compliance with UAE/regional financial regulatory standards.
Collaborate with Marketing, Compliance, and Product teams to localise campaigns and platform features for Dubai/UAE market trends.
Represent Mitrade at local trading events, expos, and partner meetups to strengthen brand presence.
