Job summary

Salt is seeking an Affiliate Manager for Digital Assets in Dubai to build and scale the global affiliate network across crypto, FX and CFDs.

You will manage relationships with affiliates, IBs, influencers and content partners, focusing on quality client acquisition and increasing trading activity.

Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Compliance to ensure compliant promotions, monitor performance and report growth plans to leadership.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in affiliate or partnership management.
• Established network of affiliates and crypto influencers.
• Strong negotiation skills with proven revenue growth.
• Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms (Cellxpert/MyAffiliates).
• Knowledge of crypto and derivatives products and compliance.
• Fluency in English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, sign and onboard new affiliates, IBs, influencers, KOLs and content partners.
• Manage existing partner relationships to improve performance, trading activity and retention.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Compliance on campaigns and promotions.
• Represent the company at relevant industry events and report performance to senior management.
