Job summary

Deriv.com in Dubai seeks a Senior Business Development Executive to own MENA partnerships, recruit high-value brokers, and expand the affiliate network.

You will manage complex deal structures, drive revenue, and represent the company at regional events, using AI-enabled workflows to optimize onboarding and lifecycle management.

Fluency in English and Arabic is required; a finance/business background and several years of relevant experience help you navigate regulatory and competitive landscapes.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in business development or partnerships within online trading or fintech.
• Ability to close deals and structure favorable terms.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; additional language a plus.
• Relevant degree in business, economics, finance, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of IB/affiliate ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and grow high-value IBs, affiliates, fintech partners, and strategic alliances across your assigned MENA markets.
• Own the full lifecycle for a large portfolio, from onboarding through revenue performance.
• Negotiate commission structures, volume targets, and support agreements with strong business rationale.
• Represent Deriv at conferences and partner events in the region.
• Mentor junior Executives on partner conversations and deal structuring.
