Job summary

EC Markets, a Dubai-based CFD broker, seeks a proactive Business Development Manager to lead UAE/MENA growth. You will recruit IBs and affiliates, grow the retail client base, and drive deposits, while maintaining strong partner relationships and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 3–7 years in forex/fintech BD, with UAE/MENA networks and fluency in English. Dubai office-based role with uncapped commission opportunities and career progression.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of business development or sales experience in Forex/CFD brokerage or fintech.
• Proven track record of recruiting and managing IB/affiliate networks in UAE or MENA.
• Fluency in English; Arabic and Hindi are desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related.
• Knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks (DFSA, DMCC).

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard high-value IBs and affiliates across UAE and MENA.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of retail clients and convert leads into funded accounts.
• Drive targeted deposit growth with tailored acquisition strategies for IBs and retail customers.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term partner relationships for engagement and retention.
• Represent EC Markets at industry events and via localized campaigns and incentives.
• Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns and partner incentive programs.
• Monitor market trends and report KPIs to leadership.
• Coordinate with compliance and onboarding for smooth partner experiences.
