Job summary

Traffic Label in Dubai is seeking an energetic Personal Assistant to support its Founder on a day-to-day basis. This role is highly proactive, requiring hands-on organisation, travel planning, and the ability to navigate the Dubai scene with discretion and reliability.

You will coordinate itineraries, relocate arrangements, and help set up a new office, while managing personal requests and ensuring tasks are completed on time. Excellent English and a can-do attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Based in Dubai with ability to navigate the city.
• Previous PA/EA/Lifestyle/Concierge experience preferred.
• Energetic, proactive, highly organised.
• Able to work independently and take ownership.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• High level of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate travel, bookings, logistics, and itineraries
• Research and visit properties and coordinate with agents
• Support relocation and other practical arrangements in Dubai
• Help coordinate and set up a new office
• Organise social occasions, reservations, events, and personal arrangements
• Find and coordinate trusted local suppliers and service providers
• Handle a variety of personal and administrative requests
• Keep track of priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups
• Take ownership of tasks and ensure completion
• Provide reliable day-to-day support to the Founder
