Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive in Dubai is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive for Motorcycle and Fleet Sales. The role blends showroom selling with active lead generation and corporate account development to build long-term customer relationships.

You will work closely with finance, marketing, logistics, and showroom teams to ensure a coordinated buying experience and successful closure of opportunities, while maintaining disciplined CRM activity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of sales experience.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills to convert inquiries into orders.
• Experience selling to both retail and corporate/fleet customers.
• Knowledge of motorcycles, specs, pricing, and purchasing considerations.
• English proficiency; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual motorcycle sales targets across retail and corporate channels.
• Generate new business through showroom enquiries, prospecting, referrals, and brand activations.
• Manage leads in CRM, maintain records of interactions, opportunities and outcomes.
• Improve lead response times and conversion through consistent follow-up.
• Coordinate with finance, logistics and aftersales for timely delivery and service.
