Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Sales Executive for New and Pre-Owned Vehicles in Dubai to drive showroom sales and nurture customer relationships. The role focuses on converting inquiries into orders, presenting vehicle options, and coordinating financing and insurance products.

The successful candidate will have at least two years of sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in English (Arabic is a plus). This is a full-time, on-site position in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least two years of sales experience.
• Experience in automotive retail or showroom environments preferred.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly targets for new and pre-owned vehicle sales.
• Guide customers through a structured consultation, presentation and offer process.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable models, specifications and ownership options.
• Protect gross margins while negotiating sales agreements.
• Present available finance and insurance products accurately.
• Record complete customer information during every interaction and follow up with prospects.
