Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a 5‑star international hotel or luxury restaurant.
• At least 1‑2 years in a Sous Chef or equivalent supervisory role.
• Proven expertise in a specialty cuisine, with creativity and innovation in menu design.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the Chef de Cuisine in managing all aspects of kitchen operations.
• Supervise, train, and motivate culinary staff.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain food cost targets by managing inventory and controlling waste.
• Assist in developing new dishes and menus aligned with the restaurant’s concept.
