Job summary

Atlantis Dubai is seeking a Sous Chef, Nobu, to assist the Chef de Cuisine in leading a high‑standard kitchen and ensuring SOP compliance, hygiene, and efficient operations in a luxury setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Catering with 5+ years of kitchen experience, has led teams in 5‑star hotels or Michelin restaurants, and is committed to staff development and exceptional cuisine.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Catering with a minimum of 5 years' professional kitchen experience.
• Experience in a variety of cuisines or a specific style related to the position.
• Experience in a 5‑star hotel or Michelin Star restaurant with leadership is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and organize kitchen requirements to highest standards.
• Enforce SOPs, ensure hygiene and sanitation in your areas.
• Direct, supervise and motivate staff to deliver top service.
• Ensure adequate stocks of working materials; coordinate inter‑department operations.
• Provide training and support to team members.
