Atlantis The Royal in Dubai invites a skilled Sous Chef Specialty to assist the Chef de Cuisine in leading kitchen operations to the highest luxury standards. You will ensure flawless hygiene, manage stock, and guide a diverse culinary team across multiple dining concepts.

The ideal candidate has 5 years in a 5-star international chain with 1–2 years in Japanese/Peruvian cuisine, and a passion for excellence in a tax-free UAE environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in a 5-star international chain.
• 1–2 years in a similar position handling Japanese/Peruvian cuisine.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and organize all requirements to the highest standards per SOPs.
• Ensure proper hygiene and sanitation in areas under your jurisdiction.
• Direct, supervise and motivate staff to perform to their highest level of service.
• Coordinate inter-department communication and training to uphold excellence.
