You will conduct valuations, guide buyers and sellers through the process, update listings, and strive to meet sales targets while staying informed on market trends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly secondary property transactions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai's real estate market.
• A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying and selling secondary properties in Dubai.
• Conduct property valuations and provide realistic price ranges.
• Negotiate offers and terms between buyers and sellers.
• Coordinate property viewings and follow up with potential buyers.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and prospect new leads.
